Hi Guys, it might sound a stupid question but which way do I put a scrollsaw blade into the machine, please bear in mind that I am partly sited so cannot see the teeth very well so any tips of how I achieve this by touch or??? Would be very useful.
Many thanks, Bry

Install the blade with the teeth pointed down. Run your thumb down the blade and it should feel smooth (compared to running your thumb up the blade it will feel rough) __________________ http://www.facebook.com/handmadebyrosalieAU

I like to use the Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse blades ....they have an indentation at the top of the blade so you know which way is up. With other blades, especially very thin ones, I can't tell by using my rough fingers so I run them along my lip ..Carefully, of course LOL Good question, Good Luck, Steve __________________ Steve

Stevenm01 - thank you! I just bought a bunch of Flying Dutchman UR blades and had to bust out a magnifying glass because they feel almost the same either way to my fingers due to the reversed tooth. I will look for the indentation next time.
