Found the plans among some stuff an old fiend passed on to me.
The wingspan is about 800mm x  140mm
Haven't quite worked out the best way to mount it on the wall yet but it won't be taking a lot of weight so maybe brass "mirror" plates on the bottom wing behind  the struts will do the trick blue airoplane 1.JPG  blue airoplane 2.JPGSave

I would consider a french cleat to hang this beauty.

Great looking shelf unit.

Have you thought about when constructing it to use the hidden support shelves for the wings can't remember the correct name for them

Great shelf, I'm really enjoying looking at the photos of such a fine project. I've made a couple of Bi-plan shelfs but not of this plan ( of which I like) and I've used a simple fastening bracket to keep the plane flush against the wall.
