Okay...I know I left mid-project and have not returned.  Life got in the way.  Father passed away and needed to take care of lots of things.  Built and painted when I could and did not worry about getting pictures.  Sorry!

I put the painted bed in my daughter's room today.  Will download pictures from the camera and update with the finished pictures when I can.

Great job, I bet she was a happy camper for sure.

Just curious, from start to finish about how many hours do you think it actually took you ??

This is a study carousel to die for. I wish I had one of these throughout my school years!

Thanks for the wonderful comments!  She loves using it to do homework and her art!  She is an art fanatic.

I would say it took about 20 to 25 hours to cut and build and then probably around 6 hours to paint as it turned windy and humid when I wanted to paint so I could not use my paint sprayer.  The hand got a little stiff with that brush.

She seems to love it!  I have not heard any complaints about it.

By the way, those bookshelves are not quite full yet, but are getting there.  She keeps asking for more books.[smile]
