Hi John

Sort of like this. Maybe a bit too short, but this is what I was thinking.

and then move the back seats towards the back like this.
Sorry, I couldn't work out how to do the window.
Window as above, just the rear seats moved back.

Either way I will be building this one for sure.

Cheers

This is the Mini Cooper with Rod T's suggested mods and in the Rally mode. Thanks Rod for the excellent critique. If anyone else has feedback, all comments are welcome!

This is a fantastic set, can't wait to build it.

Keeping in line with the Rally theme..... I wonder if some sort of treatment on the front of the trailer could be worked in there. So that there are spare tyres etc. Might be making it a bit complicated, but something like the pic below.
Maybe so that the front of the mini fits underneath the rack like this so it doesn't make the trailer any longer.

Just a thought....

I love this Rod, but it will have to wait for the Triumph TR3 Rally Set I am working on. I have the Mini Set already in manuscript form. We hope to launch it after Thanksgiving Holidays. Hopefully the TR3 set will be ready around mid-February. Photo below was my inspiration.

I have a friend/coworker who races and restores minis. His dad did it too.

I was wondering if the Triumph set was making its way along with all the other plans.  My in-laws have one and I was hoping to make one for his birthday.  Thanks.

When is his birthday? The plan is on the back burner right now.

It is in August.  Not a big deal because I know you have a lot of plans in the works.  Just was thinking about it yesterday and searched for this post to see what the last word on it had been.  Thought I would ask.
