When my grandson visited me , he wanted to make a car. Here is his effort. Wood used is pine.

Well done. I really think we as grand parents need to encourage them where we can especially in hand crafts.

If we can get them off the electronic devices for just a little while they might see that there are other cool things to do with our hands instead of getting sore thumbs from texting all day LOL
