This is the tractor that will be with the tanker plan set. The images below are pretty close to the final solution for the tractor and tanker. Research Scene 004.jpg  Research Scene 005.jpg  Research Scene 006.jpg

Lookin' good, John.  I do like the plans.

I drove a fuel truck very much like that in the air force. It held 5,000 gallons of jet fuel. It was kinda like driving a huge bomb around. That's OK I came back fine.

I will have to have this one and probably make it in half scale.

Hi John.
THIS is one plan set I would definitely buy.
Whilst the simple stuff is great to churn out for fetes etc, pieces like this are ones I will make for my little grand-son  ( if I could bear to part with it myself!)
Am I to assume that the wheel size will be around 1.5"  like the Streamliner semi of similar length?

John, looking forward to this plan.  My lifetime purchases are really buiding.  Hope this one is in the 12-14 $ category.
