Hello,

Just completed the Food Truck, made from Pine, hand painted with Acrylic paint, and the lettering and flames were created on a Cricut Machine.

Thank you for viewing,

Chad

I'd like to hear more about the Cricut Machine. What other things can it do?

Hi BadBob,

I'm not familiar with the Cricut Machine or have ever used it, my wife is the one that created the decals and lettering using sticker vinyl on her Circuit Machine.

However the best way I can try to explain from watching her use it, it's almost like a CNC Router but for materials like fabric, paper, mat board, leather, vinyl and many other things.  It comes with software and she'll design the pattern or lettering using the software then place the material she is cutting on a tray it comes with and it starts cutting the material.

I did a quick search with the Cricut Machine on youtube and I'm sure you can probably find a more detailed explanation on there than I could explain.  Again the material she used for the food truck was the sticker vinyl.

Hope that helps,

-Chad

Wow, Chad! You did a great job. How did you like the material hinges for the doors and ect.?

I have this in line to do....so many patterns so little time.

Congratulations to you both for producing such a high class finish on the food truck model.
Like others have commented the graphics and the choice of colour are spot on....well done.
