i think this will get me to uncover my lathe and do one. I've been wanting to make some custom wheels so I get to make a toy and wheels. Win Win [thumb]

Ed-Please start a new topic of your own and take photos and document the process. That way we can all see your progress and finished product. I would like to make a Wood Toy News exclusive about a toymaker who makes lathe toys and you sound like just the right guy.

I don't know about that but i will see what i can do. Should be fun project. I'll have to hone up my rusty skill's lol The last thing i made on my lathe was a small bowl.

I like this one and the paint job is fantastic when I get time I must try one, but that will not be until I have completed re-installing my dust extraction and cast some pen blanks and turned a couple of pens.
