I made this lorry truck for my Grandson.  I used Aspen wood.  I modified the side panels slightly.
Thanks for looking!

Tommy T - Nice looking truck Tommy and with you holding it really shows the members of it's size. Cleaver mod to the back end changing it to solid sides.

Side note to our members/guests.
Tommy T is displaying the free plan set available on the main web site called 'Famous Mercedes Lorry Truck', I have made the title a link to the plan set.

good job Tommy T. I was looking at the plans yesterday, think This will be my next project, I was thinking of making removable sideboards and have them pinned in with 3 dowels down each side. my thinking the toy could be used as a flat bed or cargo hauler. will get pics posted once finished.

Another great looking project.
I like the color matching details.
Did you use craft brush on paint or a satin spray paint?
Good Job, and thanks for sharing, I enjoy seeing your work.

Nice work! I have the same plan, just "fixin" to build one. I have a few mods of my own in mind, like a tilting cab, to display the engine when it is serviced.
