I'll have to remember this resizing tip for utilising precut timber. Thanks Cindy [smile]

Hi Cindy,  Can you tell me how tall your fence posts are and how long the rails are.  I made some for the farm tractor and animals which is bigger that are 3 inches tall and 5 inches wide.  I think that is too big for this set and like your smaller fence.  Thanks Rose

Hi Rose -
The fence is made with 1/2" square dowels for the post and 1/4" round dowels for the rails.  The posts are cut at 1.5".  The rails are 5" long.   I made these two plans a little smaller so my animals are smaller as well.  The animals I make are generally either 2.5" tall max or 2.5" long max.  I do this so all the animals can ride in all the various vehicles.

Hi Cindy,  thank for measurements.  Great minds think alike.  My bigger fences are 1/2 square dowels and 1/4 in round. - 5 inches long!!   I have 3 rails for them.  Your measurements will be perfect for my smaller sets!! Thanks Rose
