While putting on a new blade on my band saw and adjusting it, I decided to cut something out.  I had a drawing  of the Mustang Rocking Horse (my favorite) and some chunks of scrap pine left over from another project.  Here is the result! 20160927_164130_png.jpg

Horse is 11" long and 7" tall.   Rocker base is 4 1/2" wide!  Its setting on  my laptop keyboard.

Great photo for showing scale. Your idea to make it reduced size from scraps is really smart. Quality workmanship!
