Here is a Mustang Rocking Horse we did for a customer who requested one that looked like her Appaloosa. It was fun, although challenging to make because of the potential bleeding of the white/black. We ended up figuring out a way to do it, but it took some re-painting and some playing around with mod podge and blue painters tape (which still bled!) In the end, it was good old hand painting around some of the edges that did the trick, along with vinyl for the black spots! It's definitely easier to do the stain than painting, but the results of having a customized horse were pretty cool. That final coat of Poly really made it pop.

Very nicely crafted horse. I suspect the person this was for really enjoyed it a lot.
