That is a perfect example of a classic doll house. The dovetail corners will make a home for several generations of our feathered friends. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks John The idea was to leave them slightly proud to simulate a log home.
The roof is oak and the sides are birch . The wood stain was Vinegar , Peroxide , steel wool , and copper pipe
[eek]

Leave the ingredients for a couple days ,strain and use.

Love the box joints, did you make or buy the jig to make them? I always have trouble with the fit, you obviously don't

Porter cable 4216 .Good videos on youtube as well as found some xtra instructions

I was supposed to make a box for a friend out of Butternut. I was practicing on this birch so after I had the jig figured out and set proper I cut the angles for the roof and the practice piece became a birdhouse.
