I started this thinking about all the PeterB construction accessories John has released lately.
Started with the usual PeterB chassis and the mixer drum is 3 segments - 2", 1-1/2", 3-1/2".
The old maths and angles come into it now with the drum with 15deg angles on either side of these pieces and then the outer angles cut to match the diameter i was looking to achieve.
I will post a photos to show segment angles. So each segment has 12 pieces.
Next will be mastering the angles and having the drum spin.

This is just fantastic. I have avoided mixers because I could never get the drum right. You have nailed it! Genius work.

The drum was the most difficult as i hand sand most of it to achieve the roundness.

Great mod for the Peter B truck.
The scale of the drum looks pretty spot on.
Nice work.

The 3 pieces in front are what the segments look like before gluing
