I've been making a set of the Powerful Pete 6 Truck Fleet and working on the lumber truck specifically.  After completing the build I was looking for something to use for the lumber tie downs and came across a solution that is cheap, easy to replace, and looks pretty good.  My wife had some extra large hair ties that work perfectly.

I drilled hole in the sides of mine and inserted the smallest axel pegs I had. I used rubber bands because that is what I had on hand that fit. Not the same truck.
