The Star Wars X-Wing Fighter is pictured below. This is a quick copy from the internet. It has the long nose and short engines coming off the x-wings. Your design is a bit different but I like the version with the X-Wings.

I am working on an X-wing fighter for the set that is more like the Star Wars version. We might include both versions in the plan set. Thanks for the input!

I'm sure my grandchildren would love this toy! My wife just suggested that you should do both versions, i.e. the flat lower wing as well as the full x wing.
How about an articulated transport truck?

I like the idea of including both planes. And the articulated truck could be a real winner. I will look into that also. Thanks!

I am working on the plans right now today. It will be completed in a week or so. I am taking the advice of the forum and modifying the x-wings to look more like the classic x-wing fighters with the wings moved to the rear of the fuselage.
