One of the things I have always disliked about spring clamp is that there is no way to adjust the tension. Its all or nothing.

Adjust this shopmade clamp by adding or removing a rubber band.

I've been looking for a pattern for these for quite some time.  Thanks for the post.  I can see about a dozen of these being made really soon.

It would not be hard to mke these in diffrent sizes.

Follow the link provided in the post.

The joint is what you see.  It is held together by the pressure of the rubber bands. Which means you had better be sure you cut it square.
